Titus Talks

Are you aware of the article “Rise and fall of a Titan “at Steroidanalysis.com, if so what are our thoughts?

Thank you very much for taking the time to send me your questions. Yes, I am fully aware of the article “Rise and fall of a titan.” In fact I have read it several times as it was sent to me about two years ago. It is yet another article written by a person who has absolutely no idea what they are talking about. It’s written by an individual who’s obviously never used steroids, it’s written by an individual who’s bought into the false claims and theories such as “roid rage”, or steroids cause heart attacks and increased bouts of cancer.

The article was written by someone who hides behind the screen name MUSCLEK because that way the article isn’t held accountable for their words. “Rise and fall of a titan” is an article chalk full of false information, grossly exaggerated events and flat out lies resulting from the author’s lack of experience using steroids and desire to create a sensational and truly salacious article. That being said let me pick this article apart and simply expose the actual events, facts and truth. The author states that side effects of using steroids are well known including heart attacks and increased bouts of cancer. Increased bouts of cancer?? Where did this bit of information come from? The origin of this information is a mystery to me! In fact, in all my 20 plus years of using steroids and other performance enhancing drugs, in all those years of studying steroids and consulting professional athletes in the application of PED’S, I have never read or heard of any clinical studies to support this claim that steroids cause increased bouts of cancer!! The author who hides under the screen name Musclek also stated that steroid use causes heart attacks. Not only is this statement false, there are absolutely no scientific or clinical studies to support this rubbish whatsoever. Fact is, the latest study group experiment where participants were administered testosterone was seriously flawed. The men who took part in the testosterone therapy were over 60 years of age, most were suffering from pre-existing heart conditions. You see steroids or testosterone in particular causes hematocrit to rise. The hematocrit is the quantity of red blood cells flowing through our veins and arteries. If the hematocrit level gets too high, thickening of the blood can occur causing increased work and stress on the heart. It’s blaintly obvious that a man over 60 years of age with a pre-existing heart condition may be at risk for a heart attack. One could also argue that the recent deaths of Greg Kovacs, Nassar ElSombaty, Art Atwood and Mathew DuVall were all caused by using steroids resulting in heart failure. Where it’s certainly true these professional bodybuilders did in fact die of heart failure, it can also be argued all of these athletes carried well over 300 lbs. in the off season while eating a tremendous amount of calories. Putting an enormous strain on their hearts. It is highly irresponsible to make the claim that steroids cause heart attacks, even more so coming from a person who has never used steroids themselves. I think a more accurate assertion would be, prolonged extreme steroid abuse may cause cardiac arrest… then again, and obesity, drug addiction, diabetes, as well as exceedingly low testosterone levels can result in heart attack!! Then the author goes on to say “perhaps the most typical reaction to steroid use is “ROID RAGE” where by the user loses self-restraint… at times violently.” Absolute bullshit!!! In all my 20 plus years of using inordinate dosages of testosterone and other steroids, I have never experienced the farce of “roid rage.” In fact, I hadn’t used any steroids whatsoever for almost 9 months when the incident took place that resulted in my incarceration. Roid rage is a theory that’s simply not true. The mood swings that bodybuilders and fitness athletes experience are caused more so by the extreme dieting and continual training while exhausted. The combination of extraordinarily low calories and going through intense work-outs while being fatigued causes a person to be severely irritable… that’s a fact!!! Let me go on to clear up a few more absurd claims made by the folks at steroidanalysis.com: Keep in mind, I am choosing NOT to go into great detail in regard to my case because a book called “Swift Injustice” the Craig Titus story is due to be released within the next few months. That being said…

Steroidanlalysis.com states:
“Items in their possession indicated that the couple was arranging to flee to Greece which does not share an extradition treaty with the United States.”
This statement is laughable at best. To flee the country, one would first have to have a current passport. Funny thing is, our passports were back home in Las Vegas inside my locked safe!! Never at any time did I have any inclination of traveling to Greece nor did I possess any items that would indicate that absurd idea.

Steroidanalysis.com states:
“Titus is of Greek decent as is fluent in that country’s language.:
As exotic as that sounds, and as much as I wish I could fluently speak another language, my ability to speak Greek is not only dismal but impossible. I’m not Greek, I do not speak Greek and in fact, I am of French German and Polish decent with a little Native American mixed in.

Steroidanalysis.com states:
A sex video exists “displaying an indiscrete Titus and James in all aspects of sexual engagement.”
Truth is, there was such a tape, it was a sex tape made by a married couple and meant to be private. The tape was stolen from my home in Venice Beach by a local named Scott Nolte and was never meant to be viewed by anyone! Married couples make sex tapes every day in this country. Our privacy as well as our home was violated and now exploited on web-sites such as steroidanalysis.com. Truth be told, what couples choose to do in the privacy of their own home is no one else’s fucking business, period!! The fact that steroidanalysis.com discusses the content of this private sex tape truly exposes the character of the author Musclek.

Steroidanalysis.com states:
“Craig was proud of the fact he supplied many famous athletes, actors and other celebrities in both his Venice Beach and Las Vegas offices including Vince Neil from Montely Crue.”
I never stated I supplied steroids to anyone. Fact is I’ve consulted many famous athletes, actors and other celebrities in the application of steroids, HGH and various other P.E.D’s. I’m not sure if proud is an accurate description but I’m certainly by no means ashamed. It is what it is, and truth is professional athletes, actors and other celebrities choose to use steroids and HGH. I happen to be an advocate of steroid use and was simply answering some questions in regard to anabolic androgenic steroids asked by steroidanalysis.com. And yes, I absolutely proclaimed myself to be an expert in the field of performance enhancing drugs. Because it’s true. The questions sent to me from steroidanalysis.com were all related to anabolic androgenic steroids. Yet the article written was entirely about my case. The web-site was yet another of many looking to exploit my case under the guise of other interests.
