This anabolic androgenic steroid report is in regard to a drug I consider to be classified as a primary steroid. I consider the steroid Dianabol to be a primary drug because even when utilized without the addition of secondary AAS, it is extremely effective with excellent results. When taken alone as a primary steroid, Dianabol does in fact increase energy levels, libido and your aggressiveness during training sessions. This is one of your most potent steroids and even when used by itself can be an extraordinarily effective muscle builder. Before I get into this detailed report and the applications of Dianabol as well as my personal experience with the drug, let me explain what this AAS is and give you some brief history. Dianabol is the universal trade name for the drug methandrostenolone. It is a derivative of testosterone produced with some slight modifications classifying Dianabol as an “anabolic” steroid. Methandrostenolone is modified so that the steroids androgenic (hormone that causes masculine male traits) properties are reduced while the anabolic (muscle tissue building) properties are conserved… hence Dianabol being classified as an “anabolic” steroid. Although Dianabol is predominantly sold as an oral AAS, it’s also available in the veterinary market produced in various oil base and water base injectable blends. Fact is, since the 1960’s Dianabol has been the most commonly used oral steroid in the power lifting and bodybuilding community gaining the most notoriety during the Arnold, Franco, Zane and Lou Ferrigno era. It’s long been known that Dianabol was the steroid to choice throughout the 60’s and 70’s. Dianabol was first manufactured by prescription in the late 1950’s. This drug has a most interesting history in that the team physician for the US Olympic weight lifting team Dr. John Ziegler assisted Ciba Pharma in the development of methandrostenolone during the late 1950’s. It was the joint effort of Ziegler and Ciba Pharmaceuticals resulting in Dianabol being modified into the “anabolic” steroid that it currently is today. The use of Dianabol was implemented by Dr. Ziegler for the US Olympic weightlifting team for almost 10 years. During this time the Olympic power-lifting athletes made massive improvements in their performance using this “anabolic” steroid. Keep in mind this was considered to some early on steroid abuse, with a great deal of scrutiny placed on Dianabol due to the fact it was utilized during Olympic games…. But quite frankly this was the norm during that time period. It was only after athletes increased dosages of the drug that far exceeded Dr. Ziegler’s recommendations that the decision was made to stop using Dianabol as part of their training regimen due to health concerns. By 1967 Dr. Ziegler became an advocate for drug testing in the Olympics and unequivocally opposed the use of steroids in all spot arenas. Forward to 2015 where methandrostenolone is currently available in many countries in both veterinary and human drug markets. Unfortunately in 1985 the FDA pulled the drug from production in the United States after coming to the realization it’s sole purpose was employed for sports doping. That said, Dianabol is currently available in several countries in dosages varying from 2.5 mg to 15 mg of the steroid per tablet. Methandrostenolone is also available in injectable veterinary blends containing 25mg of steroid per ml in both water base and oil solutions. Dianabol was one of my favorite maintenance drugs in that I administered light dosages of this steroid in between my AAS use in low dosages to maintain already obtained muscle mass while attempting to stay fill, muscular and strong in between cycles… my recommended dosage would be 10mg-15mg daily. In higher dosages, typically ranging from 20mg-50mg daily, Dianabol is an excellent primary steroid to use during your mass building cycles. I typically used anabol tablets from British dispensary with my daily dosage being 40mg. I also implemented Reforvit simple tablets as well as Reforvit-B injectable both manufactured by Loeffler and Meta vet QV tablets produced by Quality Vet, all of which are available in Mexico. As I have already stated, Dianabol is classified as a primary AAS and when used in mass building cycles, secondary steroids are added. One example cycle would be 40mg of Dianabol administered daily along with a secondary AAS such as Deca-Durabolin and Anavar. When high dosages of Dianabol is being used, water retention can become a problem but is easily controlled with the addition of an anti-estrogen drug such as Nolvander and or Proviron. I immediately noticed much desired strength gains using Dianabol in as little as 10 days following the initial dose. I found that consuming a high protein low carb diet containing low amounts of sodium kept my water retention at a minimum while also experiencing fantastic strength gains. I found that even when I suffered from some slight water retention, the advantages of significant strength increases far outweighed a little subcutaneous water. Also I noticed when using Dianabol even at low dosages I simply felt much better. I seemed to possess more energy while being more assertive and aggressive while training…. Not to mention my sex drive was at an all-time high. I think I have read somewhere that Dianabol was referred to as a “feel good” steroid and I must admit, I do agree. Be aware that although Dianabol was designed to be an “anabolic” steroid it still can cause androgenic side effects. Using this drug may cause periods’ of acne and or oily skin and facial hair growth. Like all AAS Dianabol can also increase the risk of male pattern baldness. Truth be told I have never experienced these specific androgenic side effects using methandrostenolone or any of the other dozens of AAS I’ve utilized during my BB career. However I did fall victim to an increased rate of male pattern baldness. That said, it would literally be impossible for me to pin point specifically which AAS caused my hair to fall out… leaving me to assume my hair loss is the result of numerous cycles over a 20 year period. I must also point out that methandrostenolone is a C17- Alpha Alkylated compound which simply means the drug has been altered so that a greater percentage of the steroid is allowed entry into the blood stream. Because Dianabol is a C17-Alpha Alkylated steroid, prolonged use can be hepatotoxic placing unwanted stress on the liver. Like all AAS that are C17-Alpha Alkylated compounds. I would not advise using Dianabol for more than six weeks especially when administering higher dosages. From my personal experience using this drug, I would recommend 10mg-20 mg of Dianabol daily for maintaining muscle mass, fullness and superior strength in between mass building cycles. During mass building cycles Dianabol should be implemented as your primary steroid with a dosage ranging from 20mg-40mg of the drug daily. Now because Dianabol is moderately androgenic, I would not suggest female athletes such as fitness, figure or physique competitors to use this “anabolic” steroid. However I do know champion IFBB pro female bodybuilders that practiced using 5mg of Dianabol daily with excellent results. A safe choice with little chance of your Dianabol being counterfeit is Anabol tablets manufactured by British dispensary. This product is offered in three strengths, 5mg tablets represented in the color pink, 10mg tabs represented in the color yellow and 15mg tabs being blue. Lastly, I’ll offer you three pivotal rules to fallow when using AAS. Number 1, never ever ask Bob Chicerello for AAS cycle advice, he looked like shit his entire career. Number 2, never ever ask Shawn Ray for AAS cycle advice, he’ll lie and then contact the drug enforcement agency. Number 3, last but certainly not least, never ever ask Ron Harris for AAS cycle advise…. Well, look at him!!!

Craig Michael Titus was born in Wyandotte, Michigan on Jan 14, 1967. The eldest of Michael and Sandra Titus’ three children. In high school, Craig wrestled for his school team at 132lbs. After graduation, decided to put on some muscle via weight training. When Craig graduated from high school he was 5’6″ and 140lbs. By the age of 21, he was 5’9″ and 185lbs. Once he started weight training and seeing results, he was hooked. Craig’s first bodybuilding show was the 1988 Houston Bodybuilding Championships in which he won the Men’s Open middleweight class and the overall title.
