Magazines…stop giving the fitness and bodybuilding community the impression you could ever possibly pack on 10 lbs of lean muscle in just 30 days…Not Possible! You can certainly pack on 10lbs of lean muscle in 12 months…and that’s if every aspect of your training is perfect. If your work0outs are intense, your nutritional includes the necessary amounts of fats, carbs and proteins, it your sleep requirements are adequate and you’re using real HGH and steroids, you can achieve 10lbs of lean muscle in 12 Months. Not 30 days!! Stop printing these ridiculous lies. Bottom line is, if you gain 10-12lbs of muscle in 365 days, you’re doing everything perfect. You can gain 10lbs of water retention in 30 days…maybe 9 lbs of H2O and 1lb of muscle. Let me give you an example. In 1988, on stage I weighed 176.25lbs. 1989 I weighed 188lbs, in 1991 I weighed 205lbs, in 1993 on stage at the USA’s I weighed 226lbs and then winning the USA’s in 1996 I weighed just shy of 240lbs.
Mind you I ate, slept and lived bodybuilding, news flash, you cannot pack on 10lbs of muscle in 30days, period. And you websites out these, who falsely advertise legal steroids, stop it already! You know who you are, Legalsteroids.com, GetFreakyBig.com and Cyba-Labs.com to just name a few. People, don’t be fooled for one moment any of the products listed on these websites are steroids, or any substances remotely actual anabolic steroids, or ever being capable building muscle like real pharmaceutical steroids. The ads for these types of websites are designed to take advantage of unsuspecting novice athletes just starting out in the art of bodybuilding. Decabolin is not Deca Durboline nor is it a steroid. Equi-Drol is not Equipoise nor is it a steroid. Equidren is not Equipoise nor is it a legal steroid for Christ Sake. D-Bol is not Dianabol nor is it a legal steroid. Liquid Anodrol is not Oxymethalone nor is it Anadrol nor is it a legal steroid- Stop It!!!! Tren-Dimethyl is not Trenbolone and it’s not a hard core legal anabolic steroid for size, mass, strength and power. The “14 week illegal stack” for 719.97 isn’t almost illegal at all…it’s totally 100% legal, because the supplements aren’t remotely close to anabolic steroids what-so-ever! You can spend 100.00$ on a 10cc bottle of Testosterone Enanthate and 1.85$ of syringes and get absolute results without failure. Stop advertising this garbage using word games and calling these substances anabolics giving these impressionable bodybuilders the ideas they’re actually purchasing steroids. Stop it already!
I hope someone is telling Alina Popa and Sheila Bleck how absolutely friggin gorgeous they are! I saw the 2012 Ms. Olympia results in Musclemag Int and I gotta tell ya…Popa and Belck are hot, Smokin Hot! During the span of my bodybuilding career, I don’t think I can recall a female bodybuilder sexier than Sheila Bleck or Alina Popa..wow!! Hats off to both these young ladies, they represent a refreshing and sexy ass change to the face of female bodybuilding and I can only hope to se many more photos to come.
John Romano
John Romano…coward, liar, Panty waste and sad excuse for a man. The saying goes “hell has no furry like a women scorned!” Well, the saying should be “hell has no furry like a scorned John Romano.” Ya know, every man in every facet of life has a few people they despise or in my case three gentleman I consider my enemies. It’s certainly no secret that Bob Chicarello, Shawn Ray and myself, can’t stand each other, nor has any of us refrained from expressing our feelings toward each other in print, or even at athlete meeting prior to a competition, but neither Bob nor Shawn have been scored. That just leaves my ole nubain doing buddy John Romano!! Over the years of my incarceration I’ve constantly been informed by my family and friends the many articles that Romano had written about me in the pages of Muscular Development Magazine. I’ve received countless blogs and post from the internet where john has attempted to destroy and obliterate thru vitriolic rants any shred of character or good standing I have left following my arrest and then incarceration I’ve tolerated his verbal assault for too long! Up until this moment I’ve forgot every natural instinct I have by keeping my mouth shut and letting his vile words roll off my back like water over a ducks feathers. Up until now I hadn’t read the article in a 2008 MD Magazine “Doing Lite in Las Vegas,” up until now I refused to comment or responded to John Romano’s repeated rants and lies because I knew he was scorned and both John and I know exactly why. But now, I am going to respond, I am going to comment and I even intend to apologize. Perhaps if John wasn’t scorn, maybe if I hadn’t damaged his fragile ego he wouldn’t have jumped on the “Titus is guilty band wagon” and continually trashed my name with no benefit of the doubt. With that being said, let me first tell ya about the time John Romano’s ex-girlfriend showed up at my Miami Beach hotel room. The operative words here are EX-girlfriend, as in they weren’t together anymore, because that was the first question I asked… “where’s John?” His ex was fine, the kind of girl that any red blooded Alpha male would never turn down for a roll in the sack. And all you men out there reading this, please don’t for one second deny the fact that if a Victoria secret model showed up at your hotel room ready for sex, that you wouldn’t oblige her, weather your engaged, married or in a relationship…because we both know you would. Don’t’ make me front anyone out, because I didn’t personally know one name IFBB Pro who was faithful to their wife or girlfriend, not one!! Anyway, Romano’s ex-girlfriend shows up at my hotel room and I certainly obliged her, and subsequently John ended up finded not. Scorned!! To make matters worse, my “Titus Talks” monthly column in Muscular Development Magazine was pulled, stopped, deleted with no phone call or notice within days of me banging his ex…John Romano was the editor of MD Mag, imagine that. Scorned!! “Hell has no furry like a scorned John Romano.’ Several weeks later, John’s ex calls and informs me that Romano has taken all her furniture and belongings and places them in storage, she was at a loss, she was upset and had no way to procure her possessions. I felt bad and to be totally honest, I had no desire to get involved. But he just cancelled my column taking money out of my pocket, mind you all over an ex-girlfriend. Scorned!! I was compelled to call John and appeal to his sensible side, not the slime ball side that was convicted of wire fraud and telemarketing scams, but the side of a person that knows praying on the weak is wrong and to just simply return her stuff!! Although he was hesitant at first, he of course followed my advice and did the right thing by handing back her things…his ego was fractured…Scorned again!!! Perhaps john shouldn’t have been such a scum bag and took advantage of an innocent young girl. One things for sure, there isn’t a shred of benevolence attached to john Romano, so don’t expect me to say anything good about him. And if Romano doesn’t like how I’ve exposed the true reasons he’s trashed my name over the years…tough shit, he’s a bitch!! What I found to be totally hilarious is that after two years of writing derogatory and salacious articles about me, he had the audacity to present himself as my friend, wanting to give me the opportunity to clear my name in ND Magazine! By granting me an interview. Seriously, are you kidding me? My response was really quite simple, go fuck yourself!! Romano was scorned again. He Attacked my family with malicious e-mails sent to my sister and expanded his Titus trashing in the internet, something he continues to do and hasn’t stopped for 7 years. And for the record, I would have to agree with Romano in one regard…you do in fact reap what you sow. That’s precisely why ole John was fired from MD Magazine. And has not obtained another position with a current relevant magazine…his irresponsible and despicable way of writing has reaped what he has sown. I suppose when John and I stand face to face someday in the future, he’ll do the same thing he did back in 1999 at Gold’s Gym Venice. “He’ll scamper out the door with his tail between his legs crying like a punk bitch he is!! Almost forgot, I would like to sincerely apologize to john…I’m Sorry for banging your ex, I’m sorry for making you return her possessions and I’m sorry for denying you an interview…that would’ve given another opportunity to hide behind your key board like the coward you are.

Craig Michael Titus was born in Wyandotte, Michigan on Jan 14, 1967. The eldest of Michael and Sandra Titus’ three children. In high school, Craig wrestled for his school team at 132lbs. After graduation, decided to put on some muscle via weight training. When Craig graduated from high school he was 5’6″ and 140lbs. By the age of 21, he was 5’9″ and 185lbs. Once he started weight training and seeing results, he was hooked. Craig’s first bodybuilding show was the 1988 Houston Bodybuilding Championships in which he won the Men’s Open middleweight class and the overall title.
