You mentioned “dating a lot of industry girls and fitness celebrities. Can you name a few and tell us about them? Who was the craziest?
Honestly I’ve “dated” a whole lotta industry girls and fitness celebrities. Now I wouldn’t want to name only a few and to not give credit for the accomplishments of these women would be a travesty. However, there are a few women that were married to some big name IFBB Pro Bodybuilders and I promised to take our trysts to the grave…and because they were married, they were some absolutely incredible trysts. I know you readers out these are looking for me to describe in detail my sexual experiences with these women…that’s another sacred code I refuse to break. I will however rate my “dating” experience on a scale from 1-10…10 being magnificent.
With that being said… I’ve “dated’ the fallowing fitness industry women, in no particular order.
Monaca Brandt – in my opinion, one of the most beautiful women to ever grace a fitness stage. Monica was the quintessential fitness and then figure athlete who was always getting screwed out of higher placing because she wasn’t a IMP Management girl. I messed up big time with monica by breaking my cook of silence in regard to us hooking up. For many years fitness girls with husbands, fiance’s and boyfriends came to me to have their needs fulfilled knowing our trysts would be discreet. The one time I broke my scared code, A friend of her boyfriend over hear’s me talking about Monica…boom, he runs to tell her man. Problem is, her boyfriend was the manager of Gold’s Gym Venice where I happen to train…I ended up getting suspended from Gold’s Venice for a year. I never ever break the code!!! Sadly, Monaca and I never spoke again…she did visit me in Clark County Detention Center and I’ll never forget that gracious and kind gesture. Monica is a absolute sweetheart and she scores an 8.
Theresa Hessler – East Coast IFBB Pro Fitness Athlete with a body to die for. I was her go to guy whenever she was on the west coast doing photo shoots. I always felt guilty when I was with Theresa…it was hard for me to totally focus on the task at hand because I was forever fearful of a girl I was dating kicking the door down to my condo. However it was still more then a thrill to “date” Theresa Hessler scores a 6.
Mimi Bowman – this girl was my chocolate sexual American Badass Fitness Athlete what I so loved about Mimi is that she instantly let me know exactly what she wanted and what exactly her intentions were… Mimi “dated” my brains out!! Bowman brought a mean 8.5
Cori Nadine – one of the most gorgeous brunette Fitness models I’ve ever seen. Cori was just plain sexy, she oozed sex and reminded me of a cat in heat Long story short…I first saw Cori in a Playboy special addition magazine. You know, those bonus editions one receives for reading your membership early…if I’m not mistaken it was “Girls of Fitness” or something along those lines. Cori’s photo layout was so fuckin’ hot it was ridiculous!! So the moment I saw her magazine spread, I immediately had a photographer obtain her phone number for a possible “photo shoot.” I called Cori who at the time was in the Bahama’s doing a photo shoot with Robert Kennedy for MuscleMag. Int. Magazine. A couple days later arriving at LAX from the Bahama’s, she detoured to my place in Venice Beach…we ended up “dating” for a short time but I don’t think Cori enjoyed my company she broke up with me stating I was mean to her. I enjoyed Cori’s company immensely but I was under the impression she wanted an exclusive relationship where as I just wanted to “date” Cori was like crack to a crack addict, I’ve always
thought she would’ve made a spectacular prono-star…which brings me to my next fitness model. Nadine scores a solid 9.
Debee Halo – OMG this girl was hot!! This girl single handedly changed the course of my life with one spectacular tryst. Debbie is a Phillipino-Italian mix with some serious Daddy issues took immense pride in her art of seduction. She easily stole me away from my engagement to Lisa Ibarra; another fitness girl I lived with in Houston. To sum up Debbie Halo, simply read “50 shades of Grey.” Halo would be Anastasia, I of course Christian Gray except for the one significant difference, I had no experience in the Dominant- Submissive relationships and she took great pleasure in teaching me. She was a crazy chick with more issues then I could count but honestly, it was a huge turn-on. Halo scores a motha fuckin 10 for real!!
Lisa Ibarra – She was my Mexican love who I was actually engaged to living in Houston, Texas. I honestly to this day don’t understand why I sabotage one of the greatest relationships I’ve ever had. Oh yeah, Debbie halo’s art of seduction! Anyway, Lisa was the perfect girl. She was a fantastic cook, she loved children, she was kind, she was sexy and she knew how to take care of her man. Not to mention the “dating” was spectacular. The only conclusion I can come up with is, I wasn’t ready for marriage, but I should’ve handled breaking up in an entirely different way Lisa was a 10 in every way.
April Moore -a blonde haired white beauty that came and went like a good ole storm. I picked her up at LAX one time where she walked straight out of the airport wearing a black pattern leather trench coat and matching heels. April got into my car, opened her coat exposing a perfect body only covered with a few leather straps…one of my greatest memories of all time!! Our “dating” was a short lived romance lasting less than a month April had a few issues with food and I unfortunately had no patience for those types of problems. Let me also say, April was a really sweet girl I wasn’t such an impatient asshole back then, I probably could’ve been with her a longtime. April scores a 7.5. Now let me go to some honorable mentions, the one “date” wonders, and the one timer’s that left me wanting more but just never happened.
Christian Lindley – spectacular, gorgeous and a lover of both women and men. Timing for us was all wrong…wanted more. Lindley scores a 8.5.
Themis Clidoris (Forgot the name)-Good Lord have mercy. Short tryst after prejudging. She scores an 8.
Chaundra Tangi– Magnificent Colorado beauty…she scores a ten easy!!
Andrea – a brazilian beauty. A tall red headed goddess who’s husband left her stranded in Venice Beach… I loved it when she called me Popp… this 5’10’’ sweetheart scores a 9.
Jen McVicker – sexiest bodybuilding girl I know. A 10 easy!
I’ve “dated” quite a few more industry girls and fitness celebrities then I’ve mentioned. However, all of the other “dates” I’ve experienced were married or engaged and I must adhere to my code of silence and not break my promise of discretion.

Craig Michael Titus was born in Wyandotte, Michigan on Jan 14, 1967. The eldest of Michael and Sandra Titus’ three children. In high school, Craig wrestled for his school team at 132lbs. After graduation, decided to put on some muscle via weight training. When Craig graduated from high school he was 5’6″ and 140lbs. By the age of 21, he was 5’9″ and 185lbs. Once he started weight training and seeing results, he was hooked. Craig’s first bodybuilding show was the 1988 Houston Bodybuilding Championships in which he won the Men’s Open middleweight class and the overall title.
